Case Study: Fresher refresh
When University halls of residence require refurbishment, tight deadlines are imposed to avoid disruption. Suppliers have to work around either students or vacation guests so that disruption and closure are minimised.
THE CHALLENGE
The customer wanted 1100 student rooms refurbished during term time. Renaissance needed to supply enough tracking within a two week period at the right price, meet the deadline and avoid any disruption, downtime or penalties.
THE SOLUTION
Renaissance Professional Track was ideal for this job, being a robust and functional track available in a range of colours. We liaised with the contractors on-site to ensure the product was delivered within a convenient time slot and directly to the installation teams. All rooms were refurbished over the 2 week period and the deliveries were staggered daily to ensure no product was left vulnerable to damage or theft overnight.
